CTC/Canadian Test Centre Inc. is a wholly Canadian-owned and operated educational assessment service and publisher. Since 1980, CTC has acquired broad experiences in publishing, project management and large-scale data management and reporting. CTC has provided educational assessment services at the federal, provincial and district levels, as well as to colleges in both the public and private sectors.
The CTC office is situated in Richmond Hill, ON. Demonstrated through decades of educational innovation and hard work, the CTC staff is committed to making a difference for educators across the nation. Though CTC has encountered subtle changes through its many years of existence, some key virtues and principles have remained foundational to our company; these are outlined in our mission statement.

David joined CTC in 1993 and earned his doctorate in Educational Measurement from OISE, University of Toronto.

Zhimei earned her doctorate in educational measurement at OISE, University of Toronto. She joined CTC in 2011 and oversees all psychometric and data analysis work.

Jody has had experience in office and marketing support prior to joining CTC in 1999. Jody oversees the processing of data in our Data Centre.

Mark joined CTC in 2011. Mark oversees the design and production of all print, electronic and web publishing and advertising.

Thomson first joined CTC in 2011. He has worked in warehouse management and data centre. In 2022, he assumed a new role in the Data Centre to set up and support CTC online assessments.

Yvonne joined CTC in 2012 and has over 10 years of corporate administrative experience working with customers around the world on legal and financial matters.

Tania joined CTC in 2019 with a background in Sales and Business. Her attention to detail and client centred focus ensure that her priority to exceed all client and customer expectations are met. Tania’s role is to build relationships with the schools, and to procure schools for the Cat5 National Study.

Lisa joined CTC in 2019 with a background in education and teaching. She earned her Master of Teaching degree from OISE. With her extensive knowledge in curriculum, teaching, and education, she provides educational training and support to all clients who use our online assessments. She also oversees the coordination and management of proctored remote entrance testing hosted on behalf of schools.

Maurice Lau joined CTC in 2022. He manages daily warehouse activities such as incoming, receiving, dispatching, distributing, labelling and packaging in effective manner. He also performs other ad hoc tasks or duties of Data Center as needed.
