Rubrics
Our Constructed Response Rubrics use the same categories as our Criterion-referenced scoring from the CAT·4 Multiple Choice test. Student writing is assessed as:
- L for low, meaning that the student is below grade-level expectations for this task
- C for competent, meaning that the student meets grade-level expectations
- P for proficient, meaning that the student has met and exceeded the grade-level expectations
